Who Our Leaders Are

At LifePoint, we have three leadership bodies: Elders, Stewardship Team, and Key Ministry Leaders. Each leader is responsible for a specialized area within the church, from overseeing the Personnel Team to coordinating the Women's Ministry.

Elders

LifePoint is led by a body of elders. We believe this to be the biblical model for church leadership. Elders are called by God to serve as humble, servant leaders and under-shepherds of Christ (1 Tim. 3.1–7; 1 Pet. 5.1–4; Titus 1.5). Deacons serve as the called ministers of mercy to the church family (Phil. 1.1; 1 Tim. 3.8–13). Church members are called on by God to submit to the leadership of these leaders, unless such submission (Heb. 13.17) would be clearly unbiblical, immoral, or illegal. Elder and pastor are used interchangeably for the same leadership. Elder denotes the position of the office while pastor stresses the function of that office. Read more...

Stewardship Team

Appointed by the elder body, the stewardship team works with the elders to oversee the finances of the church. They are responsible for receiving, counting, depositing, and managing the money. This team provides financial accountability for the church:

  • Blake Souter, Treasurer
  • Frank Clark, Administrator
  • Matt Solidum
  • Scott O'Dell
