This section is written and designed to inform you about LifePoint Church with a comprehensive overview. The information contained here is an outline of the LifePoint vision: who we are, what we do, and how we work to accomplish mission. We believe God’s glory is preeminent; therefore, all that we are and do is motivated and directed unto this end. Our worship, though not perfected, is the outward expression of God’s glory and fuels our mission. Mission is priority in order to grow worship. Community is the way we organize to accomplish mission.

We pray this section will introduce you to the LifePoint community, so you may fully understand our mission. We invite you to join us on this mission as we grow our worship and ultimate glory to God. I pray God will resonate this vision within your spirit as you read and explore.

Vision

• The core introduces our foundational theology and values. We envision a solid theological foundation built on Jesus Christ, the chief cornerstone (Eph. 2:20).
• The compass introduces our vision for each Christ-follower, the church, and how they both relate to the world. We envision a strong ethos that resonates and shapes gospel-centered, missional living.
• The culture introduces the shape of community created by the compass. We envision a culture of Christ-followers defined by a solid theology, resonating with a strong gospel-centered, missional ethos and structured by a biblical understanding of stewardship, membership, and leadership.
• The covenant introduces membership at LifePoint. We envision a strong fellowship of people joined by a common core, a defining compass, and a life in the influence of a biblical culture.
