Young Adults & College Students

Whether you are a college student or young professional (single or married), we invite you to take a few moments to learn about all of the opportunities for worship, Bible study, fellowship, and service.

At LPC, our goal is to foster a church community that encourages each person to strive for a Christ-centered life. Here you’ll find a community of classmates, friends, and co-workers that often feels more like a family. We haven’t drawn a lot of lines, so you may find a college student sitting next to a young lawyer discussing the power of prayer in one’s life. Whether married or single, studying or working, the Young Adult Ministry is more descriptive of a lifestyle than of a demographic. This is truly a group of individuals who strives to encourage one another, challenge one another, and spur fellow Christ-followers on to love and good deeds.

First Thursday

Meets the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM

It’s always so encouraging to hear and see how the Lord is working among the community of young adults and college students at LifePoint Church. First Thursday is an opportunity to gather each month to celebrate and reflect on what the Lord has done and is doing among us. Here you’ll find responsive worship, meaningful application of Scripture, and encouraging prayer and fellowship.  We hope you can join us as you plug into a life of service, worship, mission and discipleship at LPC.

Community Groups

Community groups are truly one of the most important pieces of the LifePoint culture. A dynamic relationship with Christ involves engaging him on many levels and in many ways. One of those ways is frequently through those around us. Attend a community group, and you will find yourself welcomed into someone’s home for a time of fellowship that is centered around study and application of God’s Word.

And this is not simply a time to study the Bible for the sake of merely advancing our knowledge of what it says. Expect to be surrounded by a group of young people who are attempting to live it out. In fact, most of our service projects and mission impacts stem from our community group time. If you really desire to connect with the heartbeat of LifePoint Church and its people, make some time to attend community group. We would be blessed and honored to have you join us.
